1.1 Our Purchase Order shall be deemed to be accepted on the earlier of:

• you issuing acceptance of the Purchase Order (whether in writing or via the Portal as directed by us);
• any act by you consistent with fulfilling the Purchase Order,

at which point and on which date a contract between you and us (being Gardner Aerospace Operations UK Limited or any of its subsidiaries from time to time as set out in the Purchase Order) in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Purchase Order (Contract) shall come into existence.

1.1 Our Purchase Order shall be deemed to be accepted on the earlier of:

• you issuing acceptance of the Purchase Order (whether in writing or via the Portal as directed by us);
• any act by you consistent with fulfilling the Purchase Order,

at which point and on which date a contract between you and us (being Gardner Aerospace Operations UK Limited or any of its subsidiaries from time to time as set out in the Purchase Order) in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Purchase Order (Contract) shall come into existence.
