At Gardner we are dedicated to ensuring that mental wellbeing is taken as serious as physical wellbeing. We have a number of Mental Health First Aiders at each of our UK sites to support our employees. Our 24/7 Employee Assistance helpline provides 1-2-1 advice and counselling and regular wellbeing initiatives are ran throughout each of our sites.
